Universal truths of Youthwork?

Here is an interesting challenge that someone on another blog that I look at regularly has set us all. Are there universal trths about youthwork that we would share with other people? ?what is there about youthowrk that you would suggest, could well e true in all situaitons, this is meant to be slightly commical, but also maybe thereputic, as well as possibly, just maybe true as well.
